Return and Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you aren't, you may return your unworn item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with a mailing address to send your sandals back to.

If you would like to exchange the same sandal in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the first pair. Shipping expenses of all returns and/or exchanges are not covered by Chipkos.

Refund Process and Timeframe:

Chipkos processes most returns within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
